Configuring Licensing Management Platform Branding Settings

You can customize the appearance and information that displays to partners on the Licensing Management Platform web console. The following diagram highlights the portions of the sign-in screen that you can customize.

  1. Go to Administration > Branding Settings > Web Console.
  2. Select Licensing Management Platform from the left menu.
  3. Click the Web Console tab.
  4. Modify the required settings.

    Description

    Web console title

    Specify the display name of the Licensing Management Platform product

    Sign-in screen description

    In the text field provided, modify the description that partners see at the bottom left pane of the sign-in screen.

    Company logo

    Select the company logo image that you want to appear at the top left corner of the Licensing Management Platform console.

    Image specifications:

    • Format: GIF file only

    • Width: 120 pixels

    • Height: 55 pixels

    Company banner

    Select the company banner image that you want to appear at the top and center of the Licensing Management Platform console.

    Image specifications:

    • Format: GIF file only

    • Width: 450 pixels

    • Height: 55 pixels

    Secondary logo

    Select a secondary logo image that you want to appear to the right of the Company banner.

    Image specifications:

    • Format: GIF file only

    • Width: 140 pixels

    • Height: 35 pixels

    Sign-in page cover image

    Select the sign-in page image that you want to appear above the "Sign-in screen description".

    Image specifications:

    • Format: GIF file only

    • Width: 510 pixels

    • Height: 140 pixels

  5. Click Save.
  6. Click the Support Information tab.
  7. Configure the support information settings that appear in the email notifications sent by Licensing Management Platform and on the Customer Licensing Portal console.

    Description

    Company

    Specify the name of your company.

    Company address

    Specify your company address.

    Support URL

    Specify the website on which customers can receive additional support information.

    Support telephone

    Specify the phone number that customers can call for support inquiries.

    Support email

    Specify the email address that customers can contact for support inquiries.

  8. Click Save.
