The Trend Micro Email Security End User Console allows you to manage your End User Console accounts, view and manage your quarantined email messages and enable Email Continuity against email loss.
Use the following web address for your region to access the End User Console:

On the End User Console, perform any of the following tasks:
Manage your accounts
See Account Management.
Manage quarantined messages
See Quarantined Messages.
Use the continuity mailbox
See Continuity Mailbox.
If your domain administrator has enabled single sign-on (SSO), ask your domain administrator for the logon address and log on to the End User Console with your identity provider credentials.
If you access the End User Console using SSO, the Change Password menu will not be available.
