The Trend Micro Email Security End User Console allows you to view and manage your quarantined email messages.
Use the following web address for your region to access the End User Console:
North America, Latin America and Asia Pacific:
Europe, the Middle East and Africa:
Australia and New Zealand:
Use the End User Console to do any of the following:
Register your account
Manage quarantined messages
Add approved senders
See Adding Senders.
Change your password
See Changing Passwords.
Reset your password
If your domain administrator has enabled single sign-on (SSO), ask your domain administrator for the logon address and log on to the End User Console with your own domain accounts.
If you access the End User Console using SSO, the Managed Accounts and Change Password menus are not available under your account name.
