Enabling Debug Logging for the Web Reputation and POP3 Mail Scan Features

  • For agents running Windows Server 2008:
    1. Edit TmProxy.ini located in <Agent installation folder> as follows:

      [InteractiveSession]

      Enable=1

      LogFolder=C:\temp

      [ServiceSession]

      Enable=1

      LogFolder=C:\temp

    2. Reload the OfficeScan agent.
    3. Check the ddmmyyyy_NSC_TmProxy.log in C:\temp.
  • For agents running other versions of Windows:
    1. Edit TmOsprey.ini located in <Agent installation folder> as follows:

      [InteractiveSession]

      Enable=1

      LogFolder=C:\temp

      [ServiceSession]

      Enable=1

      LogFolder=C:\temp

    2. Reload the OfficeScan agent.
    3. Check the ddmmyyyy_NSC_TmProxy.log in C:\temp.
