Viewing OfficeScan Agent Information
The View Status screen displays important information about OfficeScan agents, including privileges, agent software details and system events.
- Go to Agents > Agent Management.
- In the agent tree, click the root domain icon () to include all agents or select specific domains or agents.
- Click Status.
- View status information by expanding the agent endpoint's name. If you selected multiple agents, click Expand All to view status information for all the selected agents.
- (Optional) Use the Reset buttons to set the security risk count back to zero.
