Endpoint Name

The name of the endpoint

User Name

The name of the user

Enabled

The agent has an Application Control policy applied

Note:

After disabling Application Control, the agent no longer applies policy settings and stops sending logs back to the Endpoint Application Control server. However, the agent continues to run inventory scans on the configured schedule although the agent does not send the results of the inventory scan to the server.

Last Connection

The last date/time that the agent connected to the server

Policy

The name of the policy

Up-to-Date

The agent has the most updated policy settings

Note:

The Up-to-Date value is "True" if the Last Policy Update time occurs after the Last Update time.

Last Policy Update

The last date/time when the agent updated policy settings

Connected

The agent connected to the server within the configured interval

Note:

By default, agents attempt to connect to the server every 5 minutes. If the connection is unsuccessful, the server displays the agent as disconnected.

Kernel-Level Blocking

The agent is using the kernel-level blocking method

Domain

The domain of the agent

User Group

The user group assigned to the user account

Windows Version

The version of Windows currently running on the endpoint

The first connection time with the server

IP Address

The IP address of the endpoint

Last Change

The date/time that a change occurred to the user or endpoint information (for example, the administrator changed the endpoint name)

Last Remote IP Address

The last remote IP address reported by the agent

Last Connection

The last date/time that the agent connected to the server

Connected

The agent connected to the server within the configured interval

Connection Duration

The length of time the agent remained connected to the server

Server Name

The name of the server that the agent reports to

Note:

Endpoint Application Control does not display policy rules that do not affect the user/endpoint, even if the rules exist in the applied policy.

Enabled

Last Update

The last date/time that any of the following settings changed for the agent:

  • Assigned policy or internal policy settings

  • Assigned rules or internal rule settings (including updates to the Certified Safe Software list)

  • Agent configuration settings (including proxy and log settings)

Note:

Policy/Rule settings may change dynamically without manual user intervention. For example, if the Certified Safe Software list receives an update from Trend Micro, the change may automatically affect the policy on some agents.

Last Policy Update

The last date/time when the agent updated policy settings

Last Enabled/Disabled

The last date/time the policy status changed

The type of Windows platform running on the endpoint

Windows Version

The version of Windows currently running on the endpoint

Table 5. User Category

Column

Description

Active

The selected user is currently logged on to the endpoint

User Group

The user group assigned to the user account

User is Last

Indicates that the selected user was the last user to log on to the endpoint

Note:

If you choose to display "Last user only", Endpoint Application Control only displays endpoints on which the selected user was the last user to log on to the endpoints.

Last Logon

The date/time the user last logged on to the endpoint

OfficeScan Domain

The name of the OfficeScan domain that the endpoint is assigned to

User ID

The unique ID for the user account

User Name

The name of the user
