Server Requirements

Endpoint Application Control supports using Microsoft Internet Explorer 10 or later to view the web console.

Endpoint Application Control 2.0 SP1 server may optionally be installed on endpoints also running Internet Information Services (IIS) v7.0 or later with CGI, ISAPI, and ISAPI Extensions. See Web Server Considerations for more information about using IIS for your Endpoint Application Control web console.

Server Scaling Recommendations

Endpoint Application Control server requirements depend on the sum of user counts on managed endpoints in your environment.

  • Manage up to 20,000 users using a single Endpoint Application Control server.

  • Manage more than 20,000 users using additional servers.
