Managing Tabs

Dashboard tabs are screens that hold widgets. The layout for a tab determines where widgets can be placed. The dashboard supports up to 30 tabs.

Go to Dashboard to do the following tasks:

Add tab.

Click the Add Tab tab and then configure tab settings.

Edit tab.

Go to the desired tab, click Tab Settings on the top-right of the screen, and then configure tab settings.

Move tab.

Drag the tab left or right to change its order.

Note:

The Dashboard screen always starts on the Summary tab by default.

Automatically rotate tabs.

Click Play Tab Slide Show to automatically rotate through tabs. During automatic rotation, each tab will display based on its Slide Show setting.

Task

Configure tab settings.

These settings appear after following the steps to add or edit a tab.

Under Title, type a name.

Under Layout, select the layout for the tab. The maximum number of widgets that you can add to a tab corresponds to the limits of the container boxes for the selected layout.

If Slide Show is selected, the tab displays during automatic rotation.
