Custom tags are labels that you can manually associate with one or more users/endpoints for grouping purposes.
By default, Control Manager does not assign tags to any users or endpoints.
You can apply multiple custom tags to multiple users/endpoints.
All users that have permission to access the User/Endpoint Directory can create and view custom tags, although only the user that created a custom tag can delete or modify the tag.
The administrator account created during Control Manager installation has full control over all custom tags and can delete or modify the tags created by any user.
