Views:
View a list of real-time events for a single customer segmented by product.

Procedure

  1. Go to Customers → {company name} and ensure that the Products tab is selected.
  2. From the product menu, select your preferred view.
    • To view events for all products, select All Products.
    • To view events for a specific product, select the license name.
  3. Depending on the product, you can perform the following actions.
    • Click the license name (all products view) or click Open Console (single product view) to open the product console in a new browser tab.
    • Click Dismiss to remove an event from the list.
    • Click Update Now to install available updates.
