Remote Manager allows you to complete the following tasks for a registered Worry-Free Business Security Services installation:

Description
View events
View a list of Worry-Free Business Security Standard events from the Events tab.
Manage groups
Use the Scan drop-down button on the Groups tab to perform the following scan actions:
  • Start Normal Scan: Starts scanning Mac and Windows endpoints
    Normal Scan supports Windows Security Agents that are version 5.3 or later and Mac Security Agents that are version 1.7.2801 or later.
  • Start Aggressive Scan: Starts an advanced scan to analyze and clean threats that Normal Scan cannot remove
    Aggressive Scan supports Windows Security Agents that are version 6.3 or later.
  • Stop Scan: Stops scanning Windows endpoints
    Stop Scan supports Windows Security Agents that are version 5.3 or later.
You can also perform the following tasks:
  • Update Now: Updates components on the Security Agents in the selected groups
  • Replicate Settings: Replicates the Security Agent settings from the selected group and allows you to assign the same settings to another group or customer
Select a Group Type from the table and then click the required task button.
Access the Worry-Free Business Security Services console
Access the Worry-Free Business Security Services console by clicking Open Console.

  • The level of access granted on the Worry-Free Business Security Services console depends on your Remote Manager role.
    For more information, see Role-based Access Permissions.
  • After accessing the Worry-Free Business Security Services console from Remote Manager, your customer name appears at the top right corner of the Worry-Free Business Security Services console.
You can also view individual device group information, send scan commands to individual agents, and deploy group policy settings after selecting a specific device group that reports to the selected Worry-Free Business Security Services server.
